At Davno, we offer a flexible cancellation window to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Cancellation Window
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the order may already be processed for dispatch.

How to Cancel Your Order:

Log in to your Davno account

Go to My Account > Orders

Select the order you wish to cancel

Click the Cancel Order button

Confirm the cancellation

Refunds for Prepaid Orders
If the order was prepaid, the refund will be processed within 3–4 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
